Based on Liz Pichon’s best-selling books, this series brings Tom’s chaotic, creative world to life with a dynamic mix of live action, animation, and motion graphics. Every episode brings something new. Maybe Tom will show you how to make something. Or maybe, you can sing along with Tom and his friends. Or maybe you’ll laugh at his jokes or list of embarrassing moments.
We’ve had the pleasure of working across all three seasons, making this one of the most creatively ambitious projects we’ve ever been part of. The love and collaboration behind it made it a defining experience for our team. It sharpened our ability to create a strong creative vision, one of our studio’s superpowers. Adapting the raw energy of the books into a TV format was no small task, but we found a way to make it resonate across different mediums, while keeping Tom’s world as fresh and fun as ever.
Season one was all about exploration and defining the look, with the freedom to experiment with structure. As we moved into seasons two and three, we built on that foundation, refining the storytelling and maximizing audience engagement. Running seasons in tandem allowed us to apply learnings in real time, strengthening each episode.
